Recipe for Chick Pea Bread
This easy bread works well for adding cheese, veggies, spices. Be creative…just don’t lick the batter spoon – tastes terrible before baking.
Heat oven to 425, bake.
1.25 cups chickpea flour
1.5 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
2 Table spoons olive oil
Mix drys, add liquids. Use wisk to stir well. I add chili powder, coriander, herbs, Parmesan cheese, turmeric powder, curry… Broccoli, chives, etc.
Mix well and pour in oiled pan, or use oiled parchment paper liner for pan. Bake 40 minute or until done.
Makes great avocado crush sandwiches…. good with soups. Also great for snacks. Enjoy!
Detox with Baking Soda
Try this easy detox for cleaning your system out. It’s old-fashioned and still works.
Heat 2 cups of water, not boing.
Add 1 Tablespoon baking soda (a brand without additives)
Add 1 Tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup
Stir well and drink when cool. Refreshing. Sources say it removes heavy metals, chemicals and toxins. It’s a must for these times of chemical invasions.
